The ORC Stock Rods promoters continue to assess the issue of tyres for the 2024 season and beyond. 

Following some tyre testing at Taunton earlier in the year, the next steps of this topic will be tyre testing sessions at the Racewall, Cowdenbeath on Sunday 3 December and Sunday 10 December. 

All ORC Stock Rod drivers are welcome to attend if they so wish.

Whilst it is recognised that drivers are eager to be advised of the tyre rules for 2024, no decision has yet been made, and each ORC Stock Rod promoter has advised their opening fixtures will not be until March 2024
